These terms cover your use of deepsignalstudio.com, its free tools, and Deep Signal Desk. The site and tools are run by Deep Signal Studio, a sole proprietorship owned by Sebastian Bui in Florida, USA. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The website and free tools

The content and tools on this site, including the Website Report Card and Schema Generator, are provided for general information. Results are automated estimates, not professional advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Use them at your own judgment.

Please do not misuse the site: no automated scraping or flooding of the tools, no attempts to break or bypass security, and no spam through the forms. Only submit websites you have a right to check.

Client work

Paid work for clients is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Deep Signal Desk

Deep Signal Desk is an internal tool for Deep Signal staff only, used on their own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public. It reads Gmail and Google Drive and creates Gmail drafts only when the user asks it to, and it never sends email on its own. How it handles Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Ownership

The site’s design, text, and code belong to Deep Signal Studio unless noted. Client project screenshots and names are shown with permission and belong to their owners.

No warranty and limit of liability

The site and tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Deep Signal Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site or tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
