Privacy Policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
Deep Signal Studio (“Deep Signal”, “we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship owned by Sebastian Bui in Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through deepsignalstudio.com and through our internal tool, Deep Signal Desk, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain.
Information you send us through this website
When you fill out the audit or contact form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, monthly spend range, and message. Along with it we record the page you sent it from, your approximate location (city and region, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider), your IP address, your browser type, and the time.
We use this only to reply to you and to filter out spam. The form is delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
If you use the free Website Report Card tool, we fetch and grade the public website address you enter. Our server log keeps the site address, its grade, and your IP address so we can limit abuse.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies.
- We may set one first-party cookie,
ds_pv, when you load a page. It holds only a signed timestamp, expires after 24 hours, and exists to tell real visitors apart from spam bots when a form is submitted. It does not identify you. - If spam protection is switched on, the form may load Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person. Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy policy.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel, and form emails are sent through Resend. These providers process data only to run those services for us. We share information otherwise only if required by law.
Google user data (Deep Signal Desk)
Deep Signal Desk is an internal tool used only by Deep Signal staff, on their own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public. With the account owner’s permission it uses these Google scopes:
- Gmail read-only (
gmail.readonly): to search and read messages when the user asks it to. - Gmail compose (
gmail.compose): to create draft replies. Drafts stay in the user’s Drafts folder. The tool never sends mail on its own; the user reviews and sends any draft themselves. - Drive read-only (
drive.readonly): to search and read files when the user asks it to.
How we handle that data:
- It is used only to carry out the task the user asked for.
- It is processed on the user’s own computer. It is not uploaded to or stored on Deep Signal servers.
- Sign-in tokens are stored locally on the user’s computer. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising of any kind.
- It is not used to create, train, or improve AI or machine learning models.
- It is not shared with anyone, except when required to comply with applicable law.
- No person reads it except the account owner, unless the account owner asks us to, or it is necessary for security or to comply with the law.
The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep information
We keep form messages as long as needed to respond and to keep normal business records, and then delete them. Hosting logs are kept for the short period set by our hosting provider. Deep Signal Desk data stays on the user’s computer and in their own Google account; removing the tool’s access ends any further reading.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing iambu@proton.me. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
